Paint Remover

Maston PAINT REMOVER is an efficient and non-drip paint remover for almost all paint types. Suitable for painted and lacquered surfaces, removal of adhesives and tags. Works on metal, stone, concrete brick and plaster surfaces. Maston Paint Remover is environmentally friendly and biodegradable product. Attention! May damage the plastic surfaces! The product is effective for 0.5 to 30 hours without drying on the surface. Apply it today, let it work overnight, and wash it off the next day. It can be applied with a brush, roller, or airless sprayer. Once Maston Paint Remover has softened the paint, removal is done by washing the surface with a pressure washer or scraping with a spatula.

Instructions for use: Always perform a test removal on a small area first to determine when the paint can be removed. This will also help you estimate the amount of paint remover needed; typically, one liter removes about 1-3 m². The effectiveness of the remover depends on the composition and thickness of the material being removed.

Apply Maston Paint Remover to the surface with a brush, roller, or airless sprayer. A sufficiently thick layer must be applied to prevent the surface from drying during the process; add more if you notice the surface has dried.

Maston Paint Remover penetrates slowly into the paint, softening it for washing or scraping. The waiting time usually ranges from half an hour to eight hours but can be up to 30 hours. Washing must always be done before 30 hours have elapsed. If necessary, repeat the treatment until all old paint is removed.

Once the paint has softened, brush, scrape, and wash with water (or a pressure washer). The open time of the paint remover is 0.5-30 hours.

Note! Do not use a heat gun with Maston Paint Remover as it has a low flash point. Always wear safety glasses, solvent-resistant gloves, and respirators.
