LACQUER: MASTON 2K POLYURETHANE LACQUER is a two-component polyurethane lacquer hardened with an aliphatic isocyanate resin. The lacquer is particularly suitable for varnishing vehicles and other transport equipment, as it forms a very good and glossy surface with good resistance to solar UV radiation and mechanical stress.

APPLICATION TIME: Within 3 hours after the hardener has been added to the lacquer (2). Carefully open the hardener jar, a small amount of pressure may build up in the jar during storage.

APPLICATION: The surface must be sanded or roughened and cleaned. Use a degreaser for cleaning. The temperature of the object to be painted and the air must be above 10 ° C. Mix the paint/lacquer and hardener separately thoroughly and mix together. Use Maston PU Thinner if necessary (Universal Thinners or Thinners cannot be used). When painting with spraygun, nozzle recommendation 0.011 – 0.013”. The lacquer hardener and the finished mixture contain isocyanates. If ventilation is inadequate we recommend using a motored respirator, especially when using a spraygun. A respirator with a combination filter A2-P2 can be used for intermediate and short-term use.
