Bathroom items
Satu was gripped with customizing fever. Read about her vision:
“I wanted to get rid of all chrome, metal, aluminum and steel colors. The small bathroom was full of these materials.
I think it is environmentally sustainable to use everything until the very end of the life cycle and customize items rather than buy new stuff. This is especially true if the purpose of use has not changed and the item is still operable, in other words, it is simply a matter of aesthetics or getting bored of something.
We had just renovated our small bathroom a little. When it was time to put all small items in their place, the metal colors looked off. So I wanted make the small bathroom look more consistent and better match the rest of our home.
Our rooms in our home are in shades of white, wood and green. The bathroom is white and oak. I thought I would paint all small items green. This is what I did, with great success. The result is amazing!”
