Maston Oy 0680640-0 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells products
to individuals and companies in Finland. We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery and and prices. The prices of the products include VAT.

Order

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is dispatched by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online checkout function. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions, the prices of the products and the delivery charges. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation will indicate the products ordered and the price. Any other necessary information will also be sent by e-mail.

Payment

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Payment methods

Through Paytrail you can pay with your online banking ID, payment card (credit/debit), invoice or instalment. The following payment methods are available. Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- ja Debit MasterCard -cards, and Walley ja Walley corporate invoice.

Together with Walley, we offer invoice and instalment payments.When selecting invoice or instalment payments, you receive your goods before you pay. You can then choose to pay the whole amount at once or to break up the payments into smaller instalments. Due date can vary and is presented on the invoice sent to you. Delivery method and possible fees added is shown in the checkout before confirming the purchase. A credit check is carried out, which in some cases requires credit information. Delivery

Product orders are posted on weekdays. Products delivered from stock usually take 3-5 working days to arrive. If the products to be delivered are made-to-order products, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs are determined by the delivery method chosen, any additional services, the weight and size of the order. You can see the delivery costs in the checkout function of the online shop before the final approval of the order.

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, you must inform the online shop without delay, but within 14 days. The company responsible for the delivery must be informed without delay of any package damaged during delivery.

Any services will be provided in accordance with the contract.

Returns of products

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Consumer Protection Act. The costs of returning the goods are to be paid by the customer. The customer has the right to exchange or return part or all of the products ordered. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. If the product has been customized according to the customer’s wishes, it is not subject to exchange or return. For example, a product that has been tinted to the customer’s requirements cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds for services

Once the service has been fully completed or the electronic or physical provision of the service has already started, there is no right of refund.

Refund policy

Returns must always be agreed in advance with the online shop. Contact maston@maston.fi before returning products. Ensure that the products are in saleable condition and have not been used and that the product seal has not been broken.

Please include the following information with your order:

  • Your personal details: name, address and telephone number
  • Order confirmation (Or order number), found on both the receipt and the order confirmation sent to your email.
  • The reason for the return (optional). We cannot require a reason for the return, but we want to improve our service and would like to know why the return is being made. This will allow us to better serve our customers in the future.

If you are able to provide either an order confirmation or a receipt with your order, we will see all the necessary information except for the information required for the refund. By providing us with the most accurate information possible, you will help us to process the refund and speed up the process.

Cancellation, liability and complaints

Prior to delivery of the order, the order may be cancelled by written notice by e-mail.
The online shop is legally liable for any defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board.

If the order delivered to the customer is returned to the online store because the customer did not pick up the shipment or the delivery failed regardless of the sender, a handling fee of 8 euros (VAT 0%) will be charged to the customer. Additionally, the customer will be charged the actual shipping costs. The handling fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the original payment of the order.

Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you are registered with the Online Shop, you will also be subject to the terms and conditions that you have previously accepted.

We may use subcontractors to collect and transport your purchases. Our collectors will have access to information about you in order to deliver the products you have ordered. In addition, if you pay for your purchase online, your payment information will be passed on to our service provider for payment processing.
